SESSION GUIDELINES

SHARED SPACE - WAIT TIMES VARY

This is a group drop-in call where each participant will have an opportunity to ask questions as the host goes around the room.

Please be mindful that, as a shared space, wait times may occur while our tech expert assists each person individually.

NOTE: If demand is high, you may consider returning at a later time to reduce your wait.

BE RESPECTFUL

Please be respectful of both the support team and other users on the call.While there may be some needs we are unable to fulfill on this call, we expect understanding and good treatment of the tech host.

NOTE: Those who are disrespectful will be invited to leave and join again at a later time.

10-MIN SUPPORT INTERVALS

To serve as many people as possible, each participant will have roughly 10 minutes at a time to ask technical questions and receive assistance.

Additional time will be available based on demand.

This call is focused on troubleshooting, general system knowledge, and simple account adjustments.
