Session Guidelines

Shared Space

This is a shared drop-in group call. The host will go around the room and give each participant a chance to ask questions.

As this is a shared space, you may experience wait times as our tech expert works through each person's questions. Should call demand be high, you may wish to drop in later to avoid wait times.

Time Expectations

To serve as many people as possible, each participant will have roughly 10 minutes at a time to ask technical questions and receive assistance.

Additional time will be available based on demand.

Be Respectful

Please be respectful of both the support team and other users on the call.

While there may be some needs we are unable to fulfill on this call, we expect understanding and good treatment of the tech host.

Those who are disrespectful will be invited to leave and join again at a later time.
